Terms of Service

1. The service

Squaduler is a subscription software platform that lets service businesses publish a booking page, accept customer bookings, assign work to their team members, manage shifts, and send appointment confirmations and reminders. Features vary by plan and may change as the platform develops.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity under your workspace, including that of your staff and any talents you invite.

3. Your content and customer data

You retain ownership of the data you upload or create in Squaduler, including your service catalogue, staff records and customer records. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your customers' personal data, and for informing them how it is used, as required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Squaduler to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, to upload malicious code, to attempt to access other workspaces or our infrastructure without authorisation, to reverse engineer or resell the platform, or to use it for any illegal purpose. We may suspend access where use threatens the security or integrity of the service.

5. WhatsApp Business and third-party services

If you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account, your use of WhatsApp messaging is additionally subject to Meta's Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. You are responsible for obtaining customer opt-in where required, for the content of messages sent from your number, and for conversation charges levied by Meta. We may pass through those charges at cost. Squaduler is not liable for changes, outages, rate limits or account actions taken by Meta.

The service also relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, email and analytics. Their availability is outside our control.

6. Fees, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed in Malaysian ringgit in advance on a recurring basis, and renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. After termination we retain your data for 30 days so it can be exported, then delete it from active systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical. Support is provided by email at support@squaduler.com, with response priority depending on your plan.

9. Intellectual property

Squaduler, its software, design, trademarks and documentation remain our property. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the service under these terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost bookings, lost revenue or lost data, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
